Well...uhhh...no plans for ice skating or skiing. Or running, or......you get the story.

I mostly walk with my cane. But I use the shopping cart ride thingies at the grocery store...ZROOoommmm...Somehow, I always manage to 'reverse' into some one, but so far, no one has really been mad at me. Ya know. Ya just bat your eyelashes a few times and smile...:-)

Walking mostly for really short distances, with a cane always. Hows urs?

Please also look at John Kowalczk, D.O. video validating dysautonomia as having bladder problems that are neurologic and show scientific data to prove it.

It's sad that this disease has few 'followers'. Please watch that video, everyone, and sign up on it...are you with dysautonomia? No? We need to know

Hey, we all know how it goes. The moments that we have where we feel like we have ATP and energy, we probably all do too much because our minds feel like they don't belong in the body we are assigned. When we feel 'normal', it is absolutely enchanting and exhilarating to simply breathe outside air. I hope other people can report back on a 'good' day and show us all some other things they have done. We can live our lives through one another.

LOL, Ask your doctor before doing wheelchair laps!

A year and a half ago I was mountain biking with my kids in VA by the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway...ahhh.Then a week later the 60yo women were kick my but in aerobics class and I thought -oh well-time to make a cardio ,appointment again .LOL! Now a walking trip inside Walmart sounds GREAT :)

I used to be on Swim Team, play volleyball, and run. Also I have biked from Los Feliz Blvd to the top of the Griffith Park Observatory. Sometimes we rode at a 45 degree angle, some parts of the ride were so steep that one couldn't stop, or else one would be unable to get back on the bike again! Those were memorable, cherished times.

To all you relatively healthy people out there, breathe from the top of a mountain for the Cause for Dysautonomia...show us the outside world we barely belong to...

Lol, I really enjoyed that! Wait till you go zooming around in a power-chair in a store or at an appointment going where YOU want to go and when YOU want to. It is amazingly freeing. I think I will go walk my dogs to the end of the driveway now! You have inspired me, thanks. :)
