One of the great TV experiences of my youth, never forgot it, will be going to the new production on Bway this season, likely won't match this definitive version
Cobb was the first, and the perfect Willy. I never saw him live. But, I did see Brian Dennehy, and for my money he is the best (not better than Cobb, the original). I saw this on Broadway in 1999, and I have a VHS copy I put to DVD (when the final NYC performance aired on Showtime, later winning a Television Emmy too), for a nominal fee I can make the copy available to those interested.. Message me if you're interested, and include your email address.
Unfortunately, we are not able to post the entire show. But if you'd like to purchase the DVD, you can visit out website... Thank you for your interest!
@RichieEastside I totally agree with you. Lee J. Cobb was Willie Loman. All the rest are merely imitators of Lee J. Cobb. His performance brings me to tears because it is so powerful. This is life. Every person who has a soul should be required to view this particular version. It is absolutely brilliant.

Lee J Cobb. I simply bow to his acting prowess. Powerful.

this is great but look at the excerpts of the version with iain glen and warren mitchell. the accents may slip but the passion is there
