I read somewhere before the Tour started, that Céline and her crew rehearsed around 60 songs out of her entire repertoire, so as to be able to change the setlist from time to time. To keep it exciting for themselves and play each country's favourites. E.G. play more French songs in French speaking countries etc. I can imagine if you're on tour for more than a year you wouldn't want to sing the same 20 songs each night, right? But witch such an amount, it's easy to forget a line now and then!

Yes, actually it is. In Vegas she did not perform the song in the same way. In fact, not only was the arrangement different, but she did not perform all the verses (it was shortened). The verse she forgot the lyrics on was the same one she never once performed in Vegas.

She was probably playing when she omitted the last part of the chorus, but she seemed to forget she had to sing the second verse, wich wasn´t performed in Vegas. She doesn´t usually modify the verses of the songs this much on stage, so I think she just forgot. Loved the improvisations anyway.

I think she somehow can't manage to sing that note. I heard something about her being sick during the tour, so I'm guessing she's trying to avoid that one note. She does sing (or kind of speak out) the lines in the second note, just not as she's supposed to. Excellent continuing though, she really is a superstar.

This is also due to the fact that she never sang the 2nd verse during "A New Day..." and this was the first time again since years she sang the radio remix ánd the full song. I have tickets to her August 2008 Toronto Concert and can't wait. I love this sneak peak at what I will get to enjoy. I've seen her 3X in concert before, including her "A New Day..." show in Vegas. She is pure talent and a great entertainer. I don't think she forget the lyrics, though. That is a huge hit song for her and she opened her 717 L.V. shows with it.
