Kelsey is an angle - forever. Seeing photos of her melts my heart... I say that as a mom.

I believe the thug strp-whatever (not father) abused that baby...and the mother cared more about the setp (whatever) than she did her own baby. There are too many excuses that she gave. I also believe the authorities and doctors could have done more. There are some photos of Kelsey that clearly show that she had a story to tell....and it was not a good one. (A mother can spot such looks).

But, MOST of the blame falls on RD. Everyone was too busy pointing the finger at someone else,that the missed the real abuser. How can RD live with herself by claiming to be innocent.just by bringing that monster into her home,she's guilty. And IF she was abused by Lance,she would have seen the warning signs in her daughter. I am physically ill,my heart bleeds for Kelsey. EVERYONE she loved FAILED HER. How could her mother not know...(Baths, toilet time, getting dressed?) And in the Brigg's case, a court order would NEVER stop me from protecting my grandchild.what is wrong with these people? God took kelsey to the only place she could be safe,and at peace. And that's heartbreaking that it wasn't anywhere here on Earth.

But RD's mother had fosterparent training which INCLUDES training in signs of child and sexual abuse so it wasnt rocket science to figure out what was happening ! BUT if they looked to CLOSE than little ole Raye would have had to leave that big ole HOUSE they fraudulently acquired 10 days prior. I want to read about THAT story.

Here is a question? How many of you are mother's and your child get's a bruise on them? Child abuse. I know my kids get them but Kathie made sure all had pics taken for DHS even ones at her house.

Children get bruises there is no doubt about that. However if you read the OCCY report you will see Kelsey's injuiries always occurred in her mother and stepfather's care. Kelsey suffered a broken collar bone and 29 bruises all over her face neck and body in January 2005. Kelsey suffered 2 SPIRAL leg breaks, meaning someone twisted her little legs until they cracked. The timeframe of Kelsey's leg breaks put her in the custody of her mother per Dr.Sullivan, a pediatric orthopedic specialist.

Oh but they did. Raye stated in her first OSBI interview 2 days after Kelsey was murdered, that Kathie and the Briggs' were insinuating Mike hurt Kelsey from the very beginning but she stated "they don't know him." Raye stated that Kathie was asking her in January 2005 if Porter was around Kelsey during the time her injuries were inflicted and Raye told her No. In Raye's second interview she recanted and told investigators Kelsey had been around Porter during that time.

Raye Dawn was Kelsey's mother.There is no proof Lance was in Oklahoma when Kelsey had court hearings.The only statement that says that was what FKM said.There is no proof.You said you were new at this so I won't doubt Freekelseysmom already told you lies.This is part 11.Watch the other 10parts. I totally agree with you, people are watching this video and thinking that lance was some kind of hero, he beat the crap out of Raye dawn and all his other girlfriends, he caused her to have a miscarraige. He never wanted his daughter and told his family he hoped the baby wasn't his. Kelsey was with Lance's mother when she recieved most of her injuries.
