Let me give you an example of an individual trucker from Mexico. On a day in fair weather this hispanic male walks up to me and asks me: "How do you back up into dock". This man whos said he has been driving for 2 years (semi truck) Said he never had to back up into docks before in Mexico. Here I cannot do it. I tried to explain how to do so, but he insisted on ME backing his truck up. I refused! And he tried and backed right into the warehouses bosses Mercedes Benz, wich was a 2005 $65,000 car.

We drivers here in America cannot by "law" carry ANY weapons so therefore we cannot defend ourselves. And I can tell you about any kind of "hazmat" load by the "placards" on the side.
