The reason why they don't film the last part is because Rockstar Games told GameFront not to spoil the endings to the story missions. It's bullshit, I know, but that's just the way it is. But you can try finding other people that play the missions and view the last parts of the game.

For Video 56: Just go to the Christ Crown of Thorns. There you will go in and meet the killer. He will make an escape after a cut scene. After a cut scene, go to the left side of the church through a open door and go into the house. Make you way left side. There you just follow the tunnels until you get to the end and shoot the killer. End of mission.
