The last scene was L saying "Congradulations Kira, it was a long battle, and although I came close you are the victor, you may kill me now". Or something to that effect.
Ya I liked Matt but I was kind of disappointed in how they got rid of him. Supposedly no one but police can have guns in Japan yet Kira's spokesperson's bodyguards all shot Matt.

I had a dream that I was L's awesome shinigami, only I was better and cooler than any other shinigami and could kill without dying. I saved him lots and lots, and he lived to be 100 and when he died he finished all his sweets and then had eternal sweets and sugar in the afterlife. I know. Super weird. But then again I also had a dream that I was L's daughter and I was like, "Light, if my father dies, I will personally throw you off a cliff and watch you die slowly and painfully." :D

did u know there was another version of deathnote which was said to be the original in it L doesnt die he gets a heart attack because his closest family or friend watever that old guys name was died. when he wakes up in hospital he asks to put mello or near on to this challenge and quits that mission.

I had a dream that I was L's awesome shinigami, only I was better and cooler than any other shinigami and could kill without dying. I saved him lots and lots, and he lived to be 100 and when he died he finished all his sweets and then had eternal sweets and sugar in the afterlife. I know. Super weird. But then again I also had a dream that I was L's daughter and I was like, "Light, if my father dies, I will personally throw you off a cliff and watch you die slowly and painfully." :D
