  • I LAUGH AT THESE ONE YEAR COMMENTS

  • He is so calm, sounding like a true leader. I think America deserves to have some dignity and respect in this world through Barack Obama.

  • at the bare minimal obama is very charismatic. he has won my vote. i hope he is honest and i have no reason to beleive he is not (well other than the fact that he is human).

  • Obama is so calm and rational, it's really refreshing...

  • This man is the only hope we have. McCain is a nightmare...

  • Horrible audio mix. Way too quiet sound from Obama's mic and too loud from the interviewer's.

  • What do you mean "like we all suspect". When did you speak for all of America? Not everyone shares your opinion and I certainly don't.

  • It is unfortunate that you think this is about race. This is about the better candidate. Strip the candidates of color and just look at facts. Who does what. Who voted for what. Who has galvanized & energized a non-existent voting public to tune into politics in a way that has never happened before. If blacks had supported Obama in the cities from the beginning, he would have been the nominee already.

  • That statement is beyond silly. Granted, this is an obvious factor of racial solidarity behind black support, but it is the combination of Obama's merits and his race factor that account for his unprecedented support from black Americans. I personally wouldn't support any candidate unless he was worthy of that support. Before I knew a lot about Obama I was for Biden. It's the candidate, not his race. Think what you will, but keep your ignorance to yourself.

  • lol!

Okay. Now I can't even take you seriously. lol.

  • don't you know that mostbof the AA communitty ,eaders and politicians supported clinton before they find out that they share views and policies with 'em

  • Idiot! C Rice is black many African americans don't support what she's doing in Iraq. Some are voting for Ron Paul your country is in the shit because you can't stop. Seeing everyone who is black as inferior to you, keep going while China takes markets from you and you owe them more money. Do you think american companies shipping jobs abroad give a shit about black/brown/white?

  • Trust me, black people would not vote for Clearance Thomas. Few would vote for Rice and many would not vote for Powell.

Many black people laughed at Obama when he said that he was running to be president. They didn't start voting for him in drove until after the Iowa primary.

McCain is not very pro black. He wants to get rid of Affirmative Action, give tax cuts to the rich, was 1 of Gov. Wallace's supporters, and was eating cake with the President during the Katrina disaster.

  • Great job and great idea!! He seems so approachable.

  • Obama really cares about people and the countries future. It's hard to understand how some people can't see that. It's necessary to see that he is elected in November. If we lose this opportunity, it will be a great loss to our country. OBAMA 2008!!!!!

  • Notice no questions on the Federal Reserve, The question should be when will you end the fed, and create a central bank for the Citizens of the Unites States of America. If you good people don't wake up, not only are you toast, the whole free world is toast.

  • You sir, are an idiot.

  • "If you don't know what those are, find people who can describe those flaws to you."

If you know what those are, please elaborate, rather than insinuate.

  • Good job to all those "liberals" who voted my comment down.

As far as questions are concerned, compare the ones here with the ones on the video:

    tinyurl com/5sz34e

With a puffball performance like that on the video, it won't be too long before Erin Kotecki Vest makes it to the MSM.

  • Those were 3 questions covering the topic of immigration - which is an important topic to discuss however it is very low on my priorities of issues I judge a candidate on. I feel there are more pressing issues with bigger consequences than immigration, some being; Iraq war, Climate chance, Renewable energy, and Healthcare. If you'd like to discuss any flaw in his stance on any of these issues bring it up here.

  • I've covered immigration matters for over five years, and everything Obama/Clinton/McCain say about the issue is full of lies or misleading or incomplete statements. It's the leading candidates' weakest spot, and it's the one the MSM - and hack bloggers - refuse to press them on.

It's also an issue that's important to most people, and if more people understood everything involved in the issue it would be one of the top issues for most people.

  • Never heard of "BlogHer" before, but damn good job! I hope Senator Obama will do more of these video outreaches into the Internet.
