  • how about Axl Rose from guns N' Roses ?! name a number# except # 1 :D

  • @XxXApolykaXxX yeah, Axl Rose is the winner for me. He's an Incredible vocal range!!!

  • nope......ROB!ROB!ROB!

  • Man did u ever heard of Layne Staley ? You can't make top 10 list without him,..... CAN'T ! :)

  • I'm tired of everyone thinking Freddie Mercury is a god. He's good but he's no Freddie.

  • @BubbaYoga Love it.....Freddie's the best!!

  • 5:27 James Franco lol

  • We should make an alternate list of all the ones missing according to other opinions..a comparable list I reckon....As long a Michael Bolton does NOT get a look in..he keeps popping up in the links..jeez!!

  • pretty good, but no STEVEN TYLER (Aerosmith)?

  • <Freddie Mercury!

  • WHERE THE FUCK IS BRUCE DICKINSON AND GODDAMN WHERE THE FUCK IS DIO?????

  • @eleqtroboii - no way in top 10

  • @wkunderwood2003 Better than Freddie???? In your dreams! Nobody beats Freddie....Nobody!!

  • I think Ann Wilson should have been in that list, she is definitely the best female Rock and Roll singer (in my opinion of course)! Though, Freddie Mercury is the greatest Rock and Roll singer of all time, gotta love his voice!

  • Why isn't there Axl Rose

  • Yes!! Finally someone appreciates Jeff Buckley!!!!

  • Maynard James Keenan definitely deserves a place on this list. Myles Kennedy and Eddie Vedder should be higher too.

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!

  • thanks for the work ,but didnt anyone have heard noddy holldder, and dan mccafferty.no of these guys on the videoeven beying extremelygood can reach the feet of these guys

  • ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?!

YOU PUT MYLES KENNEDY ON THE LIST BUT YOU DON`T PUT AXL ROSE??????????????

  • @luisfaial I have to agree here. Lol.

  • Comment removed

  • @AZARTI5 YES!!!, i say the same!!!, but is a cover T.T

  • Myles and Eddie should have been higher in my opinion but respectable list

  • @MMB112009 Myles, Eddie and Mercury my favorites singers!!!, but...by history, they are below ...

  • @darkcreed18 Freddie is the best of the all history

  • John Lennon and Paul McCartney

  • @BeatlesMegaMusic John Lennon and Paul McCartney were greast artist and composers, but they didn't have any of the greatest vocals.

  • @XxZombiExSlayeRxX have you heard paul's singuing????"oh darling" i got a feeling".....i 'm notinto beatles but paul sing very very high level

  • @philiponbass where?...i don't know?, in his houses?? =D.

  • @philiponbass idiotic internet bully.

  • @philiponbass First of all, the "greatest vocalist" is an opinion anyways, and the list consist of HIS opinions, so shut the fuck up. If you think it should be different, than make your own, and get your own snobby comments saying "where the fuck is blablabla? Go eat a dick, you suck. From planet Mars." Gtfo.

  • 1. jeff Buckley

You must watch this video: Jeff Buckley amazing voice and an incredible vocal range

  • Of course Freddie had to be number 1 there is none other

  • CREO QUE EL MEJOR DE LOS SOLISTAS ES STEVE PERRY, TIENE UNA VOS MAS EDUCADA Y POTENTE, TAMBIEN CREO QUE UNOS DE LOS MEJORES ESSAMMY HAGAR Y DAVID LEE ROT, ESA ES MI OPINION

  • where´s Bruce Dickinson?

  • @ricardoleony who ?!?

  • Ronnie James Dio? At least second place!

Ok, I know they're the best of best, but Dio should be there too.

  • there is no doubt..... of course freddie mercury...200%

  • Where the 'ell is Steven Tyler?!

  • @ubercoolnerd home :D

  • i like all this classics you got but for me the best live vocal performance EVER is layne staley love hate love in 1990 at the moore (everybody should check this one out)

  • very good!! attends this watch?feature=player_embedded&v=W8beLdXozMk

  • Jim Morrison... (The Doors)

  • 1. FREDDIE MERCURY (queen)

    2. ROBERT PLANT (led zeppelin)

    3. IAN GILLAN ( deep purple)

    4. RONNIE JAMES DIO (Black Sabbath , Rainbow)

    5. BOB DYLAN

  • I don't know why whenever Gillan is included in this kind of lists, it's always the part of child in time where he screams. The part before of the song is quite difficult to sing too, and can only fully meaningful and emotional be sang by him. And that's not the only song there. Take for instance others like: when a blind man cry, fighting man, pictures of home, strange kind of woman (live version)...

  • My TOP:

    1.Freddie Merury

    2.Freddie Mercury

    (..)

    10.Freddie Mercury

You was the best and You're the best! :)

  • Good list, I think Layne Staley deserves a spot too, perhaps even brandon Boyd.

  • prince is better than all

  • look dude, i don't know what criteria you use to determine a great singer, but steven tyler is not even close to being on this list. I love kurt cobain but he is not a great vocalist either. try to imagine you are showing a vocalist to someone for the first time. will they be impressed by cobain's or tyler's vocal style? I think not.

  • Myles Kennedy the best vocal

  • Myles Kennedy the best vocal

  • freddy should have 1 and he is

    no more to be said

  • @kbodlasd All due respect, we all have our opinions. But, Rolling Stone and several other top music magazines have also listed Freddie as number one. Look up the video Queen-Live Aid-1985. Also check out In My Defence, two great examples of how amazing Freddie's voice was. Robert Plant is also agreed on as one of the best. You cannot have a top ten without them in it. Though I agree that Corell should have been on it.

  • Im a big Traivs Meeks (days of the new) and Kevin Martin (candlebox) fan. Those guys are under-rated or simply forgotten about

  • @kbodlasd no freddie u must be crazy

  • In my opinion, there should be 2 categories for older singers and the newer. For example, Older: Freddie Mercury, Robert Plant, Paul McCartney, Ozzy Osbourne, etc. Newer: Kurt Cobaine, Eddie Vedder, Thom Yorke, Chris Cornell, etc... Just my opinion :)

  • @kbodlasd its hard to pick a top 5, but i know none of those ppl are in there

  • Darth Vader is the best vocalist, gawd get your fact's right.

  • Freddie Mercury, Robert Plany, Kurt Cobain, Chris Cornell, Layne Staley, Eddie Vedder

  • the deep purple clip should be from their Made in Japan album because its SO much better than the studio version

  • yuo so good but i mena, cornell is just fuckin awsome maybe better than mercury e.e but so god

  • Freddie and Plant are 1 and 2, but Cornell is right up there. Cornell has the most range as a rock singer.

  • Where is Brent Smith? Grrr.

  • well this is my top :

    5 freddie mercury

    4 freddie mercury

    3 freddie mercury

    2 freddie mercury

    1 FREDDIE MERCURY ;)

  • @tatotato7777 you forgot Freddie mercury. shame on you.

  • @kbodlasd Scott Stapp...before...now?...i don't thing...

  • Kurt Cobain? The MTV's Unplugged thing was one of the best performances ever. If you don't believe me, just listen to Where Did You Sleep Last Night.

  • Led zepplin is the best your all retards if you don't thinks soo.

  • @MyGuideFor4you not in vocal quality

  • Where the fuck is jimi hendrix.

  • Freddie is the best, but if i have to make a choise for this ten songs, then myles wins

  • Where are Daniel Johns, Dallas Green, Layne Staley, Ian Thornley, John Fogerty, Maynard James Keenan? Some of the best rock singers of all time

  • Cornell is best

  • Freddie is the best!!!

  • Robert and Ian;the mouths of God.

  • Freddie all the way!

  • proud to know and love them all. great list <3

ofc i have my own favorite but it's all good ;P

  • Where is Paul McCartney on this list?

He's one of the best vocalists of the 60's and 70's!

You're also missing Bruce Dickinson, and he's an amazing singer.

    This is totally wrong.

  • Hi from NZ. loved your choices. thanks.

  • I am so not a Roger Daltry fan - skip Daltry - add Paul Rodgers or James Dio. IMO anywho....

  • Freddie is the best

  • @MegaGoodoldtimes : Freddie is always the best . Top of the tops.

  • Where can we find Justin Bieber in your ranking? ;-P

  • I agree with QUEEN<3

  • NFI!...Only Roger Daltrey would make my top ten!

Freddie did none of the great vocals in Bohemian Rhapsody..that was the rest of the band!

Need to look at Boston, Heart and other great bands of the era..even Cultural cringe bands like REO Speedwagon!

  • @TheCricketphoenix Freddie pretty much did all the vocals to BoRhap. The beginning of the song, that was all Freddie, his voice was just overdubbed. But that was all Freddie, he sung the main parts, and the opera part was HIM and Brian May and Roger Taylor.

  • Cade o Axl Rose ? Affee

  • queen of the reich?

  • Somebody got it right, cheers mate, Gillan ROCKS!

  • Where's RINGO?!?!?!?!?!

  • maybe i'm amazed that paul mccartney isn't in this list

  • At last, a singers' top ten with Roger Daltrey in "Love Reign O'er Me"! Thank you, I thought I was deaf!

  • WHOA WHERES BRAD DELP!?!?!?!?!?

  • @MrJsloan666

no shit; Boston unfortunately never did get as BIG as they were; and Brad...wow what Vocals. I think that ultimately lead to his suicide...the Press SUCKS !!! "THEY" killed Brad...:(

  • @tonyinmiami99 not just the press but i think tom scholz constant perfectionism also led to it

  • hey bro what's spanish for i'm a troll and i hate your list! LOL (",) o yeah where's the most honest voice in the world, may it be live or studio he sounds the same, AIC Layne Staley

  • WHERE THE FUCK IS ICS VORTEX ????

  • Switch place with the gay an Gillan, then im happy!:)

  • @bajsmannensparty What, someone else brainwashed by the church or just a judgemental moron?

  • Bruce dickinson???

  • where fuck is rob halford, bruce dickinson ozzy osbourne ????

  • @TitusM1992 Lol. Ozzy sucks at singing, he's just awesome =p

  • @fleskip Ozzy does have his share of good vocal performances too, try "Killer of Giants" or the demo version of "Mama, I'm Coming Home".

  • this was a pretty amazing setlist, except..... you are missing someone. Where is Axel Rose?!?!?! Anyway, i love how you put Janis Joplin! Hail to the women! and Freddie Mercury is like my idol, so thank you.

  • Where the fuck is MAYNARD JAMES KEENAN..!!! And MIKE PATTON..!!!!

  • @ZiyadAlvi Here =D.../watch?v=SXzLO_3Da7Y

  • @darkcreed18 Oh thanks.. :D

  • @ZiyadAlvi -- yea no kiddin. Patton ftw.

  • where is Axl Rose x)

  • Dio best rock singer

  • Mama Mia Let me go.

    Freddie Mercury is the man.

  • Yess!!! You ACTUALLY PUT JEFF ON THE LIST! Although I can't say he's better then freddie. It's just not possible

  • 6.11 only God, only God.

  • Chris Cornell sounds great, but in the song "Reach Down" he sounds better!

  • WHERE IS NIEMEN?????

  • sebastian bach - i remember you (skid row) o 18 and life, o algun que otro tema de aerosmith, steven no se queda atras...

  • chris fucking cornell. period.

  • PHİL ANSELMO ?!!

  • Lots of guys missing.. And Robert Planto should b e the first!

  • rob halford, steven tyler, bon scott, bruce dickinson, ozzy, axl, mick jagger ????

  • @furkanasena seriously dude?? i'll give you steven tyler but the others cant sing for shit. they just have good voices for rock

  • @SixStringSolid Are you saying Robert Plant can't sing?? wtf???? haha He has awesome voice for rock, and CAN sing

  • @benzogus1 didnt make the connection there lol yeah plant can wail. led zeppelin was my favorite band for the longest time

  • rubbish list, wheres Mike Patton dude???

  • Avete dimenticato...

    Jon Anderson (YES)

    Steve Wonder

    Roy Orbison

  • Jeff Buckley no where to be found on this list? Yeah a joke from the get-go!

  • probably it's not worth for a top ten....but also Ville Valo from HIM has a great voice.

  • You've forgot Layne Staley...

  • nice

  • feddie hahahahahahaha

  • My three favorite rock vocalist are 1) Freddy Mercury "Queen" 2) Steve Perry "Journey" 3) Mick Hucknull "Simply Red."

  • Rodger Daltrey in Gotta dance just to keep from cryin' live in Royal Albert Hall ( when The Who were named The High Number ) , 18 and life - Sebastian Bach ; Love Hurts - Nazareth . ;)

  • 1)Rodger Daultry, 2)Steve Perry, 3)Paul Rodgers, 4)Freddy Mercury, 5)Steven Tyler, 6)Ann Wilson, 7)Bruce Springsteen, 8)Stevie Nicks, 9)Chris Cornell, 10)Pat Benatar................................IMOO

  • @2ubtrue

Agree to some extent, but what the hell is Bruce Springsteen doing here ? He has nothing to do in a list with these talented singers

  • Very g
