the ghillie suit is not ready made, its basically some fishnetting very thin, that the sniper takes time before the leaving or when doing rec work, picks up a load of the foliage that lays around, and lays the suit on the ground, he then trys to immitate the surroundings he will be laying in, that is a basic understanding of how a ghillie suit works.

it gets a little more complicated.
