After watching this, I just can't seem to listen to the recorded version anymore. Nothing compares to hearing the untouched emotion in their voices and seeing the way they look at each other while they play. Music just doesn't get any closer to perfection than that.

I saw them a couple weeks ago at music festival in Denton, tx and I have to say it was one of the best live shows I've seen. They have such great chemistry together. I didn't know who the Civil Wars were before they went on, but by the end of the set I was a fan. Love 'em!

@Pinkberryx1 He says, "Don't clap. We won't be able to hear a thing. I wasn't kidding." When JP went to plug in his guitar, there was a problem with a lot of static and feedback, so they decided to play it unplugged. As soon as they started to play, the crowd began to clap along, and JP had to sort of shush people because they weren't using any mics.

@littlelogcabins Yes, I've been extremely lucky to see and film them 7 times over the last year and a half, including all of their Eddie's Attic shows except for the first one. Check their website or their Facebook page for tour updates. They add new dates frequently and sell out almost immediately. Definitely try to see them live if you can. They put on an absolutely amazing show.

I looked at tour dates but I missed them in WV. I have family near nashville though, seems they gravitate around that region. Maybe I can catch them somewhere this summer.
