For those of you who don't believe in conspiracy theories, why else wouldn't the US gov put the accused on trial in a public judicial system? It has been 9 years, no excuses. Here it is, they government really did it and pinned it on a terrorist cell, reason why they wouldn't let them be put on trial is because they have no evidence against them, only blame.

Why would this trial be anywhere else? This is where it happened. This is where the victims are. The Guantanamo MCs are pathetic. Zero due process. Over 700 people have been released from there who were totally innocent. Torture happened there. To restore credibitlity the US must show that it can try even those accused of the worst crimes in a fair system. It's been eight years. It is time to finally bring this case to a close and do so right here where those most affected can witness.
