  • She is a real beauty!!

  • i wish there was at lease one of the real ones still around today for us to see this is a great engine i think there abit over priced on the market but i still would like to have one

  • beautiful thats my favourite engine on my layout when i first got her i was so happy i almost died

  • That looks absolutely fantastic!

  • It's a shame none of these survived. :-(

  • @deloreanman14 yeah really, you think they would've realized how amazing those locomotives were.

  • was your layout in classic toy trains magazine by any chance it looks familiar

  • nice layout and a beautiful train. I believe a smoke unit can be installed

  • I wish Companys liek Accucraft and Aster would make the 4-4-4-4 amodle live stema it be awosme!

  • I know some guy named Ed Woodlings made a live-steam model...

    ...but thats it.

  • Watch those jackrabbit starts! You're running a train pulled by a steam locomotive, not a subway train on the IRT. The T-1's were notorious for driver slippage, and I'll guarantee that the hogger who tried to go from 0-60 in 5 seconds would have slipped and slided all the way from Chicago Union Station to Fort Wayne. Ease that throttle up, and you'll get her in on the advertised.

  • They werent that slippery! Their Drivers learned a special way of operating the T1's when they got used to it.

  • PRR 4-4-4-4 T1 is 1 of my fav steamers.

2 bad they didn't last very long.

    The mighty did fall. :(

  • Whoa. Too fast around that curve! But this engine craves speed... Classic PS-1 sounds!

  • white smoke = clean stack and well fired.

  • Even 10 times better this year! You've done beautiful work with an incredibly difficult production! Keep the fires hot!

  • nice where can i find one

  • When the (real) 4-4-4-4 was on the rails, it was state of the art at the time.

  • I still think even in today's standards it's state of the art

  • I'm sure it would probably be fueled with LNG instead of coal, if it were still in use.

  • how could anything be nicer ??? awesome, thank`s !

  • Beautiful work! Kudos!

  • I didn't see the overall view, but appears to be the best train layout I've ever seen.

  • My god I love that engine.... me want bad! Thanks for sharing.
