i feel like birchbox has more samples that i would never get to try.. I always get those types of samples when i order from ulta or sephora.. i also feel like the bag looks a little cheap but it is free! Look forward to your next glam bag video to see what's inside(:

It's really too soon to tell if MyGlam is going to keep up the great bags. The first one was super but time will tell. Missglamourazi has joined the Birchbox team so perhaps her influence will help with the selection of products for BB. Let's hope so! What I do like about BB is the points system. I've gotten so many full size products for free from just filling out the feedback forms. The points bring the BB boxes down to $5 a box instead of $10.

Personally I love birchbox just because they give you products you don't necessarily look out for when shopping. I agree some of it can be random, but I think I'll check out myglam since it's more makeup. However when Glossybox comes in the state...oh I'm just excited!

I used to get tons of these sorts of products including Glossybox, I then realised that you might think your getting a good deal, however you end up buying a lot of stuff you don't actually want and if you were in the store you probably wouldn't have picked up. Still cute to receive a surprise through the post!

i find myglam vastly superior to birchbox. birchbox was rarely good. and the thing anout myglam is the subscriptions are limitied cause they put good shit in them, unlike birchbox where they pass out a bunch of random garbage every month with MAYBE one cool thing if your lucky.

@missravenashley I've heard that about Birchbox a lot. I remember when it was a big deal, and I would watch Birchbox videos but they never really interested me. There are definitely things on the site that I would buy, but I figured it probably wouldn't be worth $10 a month. I'm waiting on MyGlam subscriptions to open so I can sign up. :)

I loved my glam bag!! I especially loved the Tarte mascara like I fell in love with that mascara like NO OTHER!! I have pretty long lashes just not as full as I like them and this mascara adds that fullness without clumping!! =D The urban decay shadow is really nice too...love it as an inner corner shadow! :D

I just started both this month and I got my MyGlam bag before I got BirchBox and I cancelled my BirchBox before I even got it. I don't regret the decision. I love the Myglam bag, it's definatly more than worth it. The other one just seemed unrealistic for me to actually purchase a full size version of something I liked. I'm pretty practical and the MyGlam bag was more my style. But, what's the point of filling out a questionaire and having a stylist when everyone gets 90% the same thing?.
