But, I don't understand. Conservatives are for lowering taxes, which gives less money to our already underfunded school systems as well as other public institutions.

(R) are for education reform, personal responsibility(doesn't cost ANYTHING), and for at least a portion privately funded education.

Also the schools aren't underfunded, plus there's a lot more money (or there would be) if we cut off ALL social programs!
