"On my six" refers to the six o clock position, which is behind you. The direction you are facing is 12 o clock so for example 3 o clock would be your right. As for bogey, i think it means enemy ship or projectile.

well in melee most characters were clones of each other to add more variety in terms of style. you could use a cahracter with say capt. falcons moves but stronger (Ganondorf).

Some of Ganondorf's moves in Brawl (one i think being his side B) appears on Twilight Princess. Nevertheless it's still very similar to our man Falcon.
