Well, playing it slowly on VLC is one way, but you can just google Synthesia and download it + the MIDI file. If you have an electric piano you can plug it in through the MIDI input on your soundcard and play this like guitar hero. Synthesia has built in practice modes where you can focus on either hand and/or slow it down a lot.
