I can't wait until they issue indictments for treason and sedition too. Afterall, peace protestors did just that when they openly advocated against the war.Freedom of speech is not as free during a time of war. There is precedent for this.

BTW, how can anyone be tried for crimes when Hussein was not? Or Mao? Or Stalin? Or for most of Rwanda's Hutu power leaders, etc, etc.Bush has precedence on his side in most of this.

If memory serves me, Hussein was hung for his crimes.

The difference for Mao and Stalin is that they ruled dictatorships. If you haven't noticed the US is still a democracy, at least nominally. We have a constitution, and independent branches of government that are designed to protect our rights as citizens. If you're implying that people who were against a criminal war that has been proven unnecessary are unpatriotic, I think you need to look up the definition.
