I think the stuff with rangiku and chad was somewhere in episodes 80-89. It was when fighting the bounts early on. And 0:03, if you really meant to ask about it, is episode 58 I'm pretty sure, its when ichigo first uses banki (I don't care if thats the correct spelling...you know what I mean) :)
