@Drew82 Yes LOTS of fun! So if you think WAY back in time.... People didn't have swimming pools.. So after working on the rail roads... ya think they would cool off any where they could.. Just a thought
@GregoryD57 This video is a year old. We have ALL established its form GREECE but THANK YOU!! Do you guys even read previous comments. Everyone has to have a say...LMFAO!!!
those tags are telephone pole identifiers...next time you're near a telephone pole you'll see those tags set in a tag liner to identify the telephone pole...
@ryannlag I just need to tell you one thing about your "gold" coin, it's a 100 Drachma from Greece. DID ANYONE TELL YOU THAT???? I need to tell you and let you know mate. Maybe you didn't know...
nothing funnier then your kid telling your not playing in the water right. again a nice spot that most wouldnt think of. nice kansas rockin in the back ground.
The coin is a greek 100 Drachmes coin.....these are not valuable.
The letter tags are probably from an old Horizone fishing boat......maybe the tags have fallen off as it collides with an rock or something in the water.
If these tags could talk, they would tell you how they get lost ;)
Nice going on the coin find...interesting seeing the foreign coins and wondering how they came to rest where you find them...always a dreamer here!!! Enjoyed the vid!!!
Love the music! Great finds! The letters, I think, are for gas and water valve markers on streets. we have them here in the UK.. Like little signs with interchangable numbers and letters.
foreign coins end up in quite afew strange places. i had another detectorist on here tell me he found one of our half crowns in the US, thats a long way from home. i guess possibly tourists lose them maybe? The most foreign one i have found to date is just an australian 5c, they were quite common to find mixed up here though, it would be awesome to find one like you found!
