  • Somebody please tell me the guitarist's name!!! Johnny Aschettino is cool (current guitarist) but this guy has got more soul to his playing, in my opinion.

  • smooth.

  • I saw this guy live at a small venue (House of Blues); he was opening for Robert Randolph, and I had no idea who he was. Gotta say, I was impressed. He has a slight tendency to "oversing" some notes, as many R&B artists do, but his voice is extremely talented and he has a very good band behind him. I really enjoyed his set!

  • He reminds me of Brent Carter, formerly of Tower of Power. GREAT voices, both of them!

  • Wauw. Da's goed man! Eindelijk weer eens zo'n stem als Otis Redding en Terence Trent D'Arby.

En hij is nog ff in NL ook!

    Great!

  • when was this what year

  • Probably 2007, because he came to the jazz fest in 07 :)

  • Who is the drummer?

  • hahahaha i remember him from when he was on Showtime At The Apollo

  • Wow this guy is so talented! It's such a nice change to see a young black guy that actually sing instead of just rap. They could take lessons from this guy. This is music worth listening to.

  • I love anything Ryan Shaw! He's got that awesome, raspy, soulful sound that will outlast the modern day hip hop/R&B artists. Can't wait for his next album

  • Try Marc Broussard too .... look up on YouTube ... another great voice!

  • I love him. Love.......that man.

  • i saw him at bonnaroo 07, unbelievable performer!!!

  • 1suaveguy....you need to either shut of your tv...or stop watching so much MTV

  • make no mistake about it, I am a bitter R&B fan lol...ryan shaw has immense talent, and it is very telling that he does't get the shine he deserves.

  • ooooh baby so so so not true, I saw this man three months before this was posted. Let me tell you this, he is going places. Let's break it down though, the America(n) that we shouldn't be even acknowledging might feel that way, the America that we need ARE talking about him and supporting his music.. I met him. HE IS wonderful. We got Love... yeah. spread the love...

  • proof that america doesn't want anything 2 do with black men that don't have a trail of baby mommas, dont sell dope, ain't buying drinks @ the bar or parading around like 14 year olds...
