Hey Sharpie, you don't look happy mate. You gotta get some positive re-enforcement going. Think of the money you'll save from buying food at work as going towards a little tourist holiday after day 356.. the $2-3 a day you don't spend on junk food (easily $300) could get you a few nights somewhere. It'll go even further if you spend your holiday time walking and sightseeing instead of eating and buying cheap thrills (better for you too).
Also, if it's raining. Do some exercise inside. Do basic bodywieght exercises... like pushups from the knees, sit ups and assisted chinups (don't try wieghts at home if you're not taught correctly)... start slow and increase the exercises in small steps. You'll slowly get stronger, which means you burn calories faster, you'll look better, you don't have to brave the weather and in the end it's your fitness that matters more than your weight. Chin up mate! Get creative!
Thank you for your brave sharing of your journey. I'm not going to wish you good luck, because luck has nothing to do with it... it's willpower and sticking with the program and fighting bad habits that wins this fight, not luck. I'm not preaching, you already know these things; I respect the hell out of you for sharing with us.
I just realized something! Australia is in winter cycle right now! You're body is going to have a biological reaction to hang on to weight due to the weather change! Hang in, there, Sharpy! Up and down 5 pounds(ish) from week to week is NORMAL! Could be water weight! Just don't lose heart.
If weighing less is really important to you in your life, you should think about changing jobs. Maintaining a healthy weight is more than just a one year commitment, it's a lifelong change. I know you can do it. And if there's a 365 2.0 I'll watch that too.
My eatings good it's just the exercise. When I look outside and it's cold and wet and insade is all warm and nice. When I'm walking it's not too bad but starting it argh! I don't want too but I must! :(
*sigh* This video made me feel even more guilty now. I guess I'll go for a long walk tomorrow, and all because of this video! (Good side of me: Thanks sharpy! Bad side of me: Damn you sharpy! I hate being guilted into walking!) :)

I'm rootin' for him. I hope he does another 365. If he loses another 30 pounds next summer, he'll be doing better than a lot of people end up doing!
