It looks to be the SAP (Sport Appearance Package) Body Kit. The whole package included the front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and front grills, exhaust tips and mufflers.
Depends on what you want; Do you want it real lopey like mine or alittle smoother. Bigger cams typically make more power, but smaller cams can be just as impressive. It's all about personal pref...P&P man...P&P!
