People say Nintendo is for little kids. It's not at all. I'm 15 and I still have a blast with Nintendo. Everyone I know still plays it too. It isn't blood and gore that make a game good, it's the fun you have playing it.

I have learned a lesson, a game is not fun because of the sex or graphics, or how much money it made, it's the gameplay that makes a game fun, it's if the person who plays it thinks it's fun, that, everyone, is what makes a video game fun.

FPS) and that gets boring after a while. DS= Best Selling Handheld on the market, look it up. I know that the 360 and PS3 has SOME good games, but don't match in charm and challenge as games of old. Wii tries to keep that feeling of nostalgia. I'm glad, though, that Sony and Microsoft are trying something else. It's okay.

However, due to the fact that it was long, and in some cultures is hard to say, Revolution was changed in to Wii, mainly because it symbolizes togetherness, while also being short, simple, and easy to say. @NintendoACA All gsme stations overheat it just takes about 12 hours for a ps3 and wii to even start thinking about overheating. takes bout a bloody hour for the 360 to overheat lol. Actually, the Wii has sold more units than any other system. The companies that are making games for other consoles are merely not exclusively making games for Nintendo (except for Rare). Nintendo is also still by far the leader in hand held gaming. Nintendo has done so well this generation that I am very curious and excited to see what that extra cash will produce for Research and Development. After all, one of the reasons they made the Wii less robust is because of lack of sales from Gamecube

@Redknight345 Actually, Nintendo has done well to serve an homage to the series that have brought them to where they are today. I understand that there are many minigame collections on the Wii and that pisses me off just as much as it does for other Nintendo fans. But the fact still stands that they are selling to a wide variety of audiences and they continue to make games for me. At the age of 20, I own over 20 games for the Wii, possibly more than I own for the PS3.

SONY AND MICROSOFT ARE NOT ASSHOLES, some nintendo games do get quite boring, also ds=pile of shit. another thing is ps3 and xbox has just as good gameplay as the wii. im not saying i hate the wii its just i pefer the ps3 as i think the wii is for the younger generations, so dont get me wrong. u should get a ps3 or xbox as you can do so much more with them like get dlc things like new levels and whole games. sorry for wasting ur time.

@EvilKlown100 I had a PS3, sold it, my bro has a 360, I like it. I think that Sony and Microsoft are flooding the market with game concepts that have been used to DEATH (I.E. FPS) and that gets boring after a while. DS= Best Selling Handheld on the market, look it up. I know that the 360 and PS3 has SOME good games, but don't match in charm and challenge as games of old. Wii tries to keep that feeling of nostalgia. I'm glad, though, that Sony and Microsoft are trying something else. It's okay.

@NintendoACA umm no ps3 and 360 beat wii in gameplay, graphics, games, originality and they are just better. i mean the ds is a big peice of shit. the wii is kinda boring as nintendo are running out of ideas and fast. the games are almnost all the same gameplay. there have been 2 decent wii games, ssbb and rabbid tv party. also almost ALL ps3 and 360 games are awsome

The Wii has shooters, racers, sims, platformers, adventure games and much more. Look at the top ten best selling games of all time and you'll see they're all Nintendo titles. The DS is revolutionary, and with thenew 3DS, it will destroy that obsolete PSP. Nintendo has revitalized a long dead platformer genre... continued.

You can't blame the Atari for having it because it was made in 1977. And besides, the Colecovision lost to the Atari because the Atari has better graphics. I used to own a PS3, didn't like it. My brother has a 360, it's decent. I'm 13, going on 14, and I will always play my Wii and DS. With the new 3DS, it will CRUSH the PSP.

If anything, Nintendo has more creativity than ever. The games each have a twist to them. Two decent? That's not what the critics say. Look up these on Wikipedia. As for graphics, some Wii games have got such good critical acclaim especially for graphics, that some mistook the Wii's graphics for the 360's graphics, and the Wii doesn't even use HDMI. It depends on the developer. Graphics is in the power of the developer. The little system that could has a lot more power than you think.

However, due to the fact that it was long, and in some cultures is hard to say, Revolution was changed in to Wii, mainly because it symbolizes togetherness, while also being short, simple, and easy to say. It's not called the "Nintendo" Wii, just Wii.

@NintendoACA cheers, you know i listened to what you said and dug out some old wii games i had. i played them and thought it was good fun, even though i forgot the controlls except on ssbb as i always had a natural talent for that game. i think one of the reasons why i didnt like the wii is because it had really bad internet, not online on games though like really bad internet. also it doesnt do dlc. best thing about a wii is that they cant overheat easily, ps3 is in middle and xbox takes 45 min

@NintendoACA All gsme stations overheat it just takes about 12 hours for a ps3 and wii to even start thinking about overheating. takes bout a bloody hour for the 360 to overheat lol. Was oricana of time on the nes? one of the greatest nintendo games of all time.or was it the 64? anyway sonic gets it waaaay better on the 360 and ps3, just look at unleashed. for some reason i really engoyed 06 even though others thinks its stupid. lets agree that ps3s and wiis have their ups and downs.

I thinking about getting a ps3, for the fighting games mainly and SOTN. I still love Nintendo, I just think having both would be the best option. Nintendo is awesome though, and the Wii is winning the console war. Plus, DS>Garbage>PSP

Well, sega wuld have joined if they didn't stopped with hardware, but you can't just say that a microsoft product would join nintendo because it would be unfair.
The reason why microsoft and sony joined is because serperated they would have a lagg of iconic characters, they have alot of games that the wii doesn't, and together they got iconic characters like altair, gordon freeman, dante.

Actually, the Wii has sold more units than any other system. The companies that are making games for other consoles are merely not exclusively making games for Nintendo (except for Rare). Nintendo is also still by far the leader in hand held gaming. Nintendo has done so well this generation that I am very curious and excited to see what that extra cash will produce for Research and Development. After all, one of the reasons they made the Wii less robust is because of lack of sales from Gamecube

Well thats because the genre of the wii is based for kids and people who like to party.
Hardcore gamers are with less and they even have to choose between 2 consoles.
Besides the most amount of sells does not make it a good console.

@Redknight345 Actually, Nintendo has done well to serve an homage to the series that have brought them to where they are today. I understand that there are many minigame collections on the Wii and that pisses me off just as much as it does for other Nintendo fans. But the fact still stands that they are selling to a wide variety of audiences and they continue to make games for me. At the age of 20, I own over 20 games for the Wii, possibly more than I own for the PS3.
