I am so happy I left Enterprise!!!!! & yes, something like this happened everyday (My biggest RED FLAGS when working with customers is when they'd say Hertz doesn't do credit checks and have cheaper cars.............or my personal favorite like in this video....YOU MEAN YOU HAVE TO COLLECT A DEPOSIT!!!!!????). Best of luck to you current employees (ESPECIALLY MT's) that put up with the most shit from the customers, your branch managers, area managers, and so forth.

I've worked for both and it's funny to be at Enterprise and hear how great Hertz is and vice versa when I left and went to Hertz

@anttrap321 The debt doesn't have to be with that specific company. If an outstanding balance is left unpaid with any rental company they send a notice to other rental companies to notify them of the risk of renting to that customer.
