041.033 Who is better in speech than one who calls (men) to God, works righteousness, and says, "I am of those who bow in Islam"?
041.034 Nor can goodness and Evil be equal. Repel (Evil) with what is better: Then will he between whom and thee was hatred become as it were thy friend and intimate!
041.035 And no one will be granted such goodness except those who exercise patience and self-restraint,- none but persons of the greatest good fortune.
041.036 And if (at any time) an incitement to discord is made to thee by the Evil One, seek refuge in God. He is the One Who hears and knows all things.

i dont mean to come across as a snob, but sometimes what we feel is a good deed or good intention is sometimes clouded by shaytaan.
if Allah has prohibited the taking of photos and films, then intention should not come into it. rather, obeying the order should be the first port of call.
however i understand the good intentions behind this and maybe some ulama may agree that the taking of this vid was jaa'iz, or maybe wasnt. nevertheless it gives those with less opportune an opportunity.
