  • zomg zombies

  • would be cool if the companions had their own speeders

  • It's like good cop bad cop when talking to that sith lord

  • is it possible to choose the voice of the hero?

  • you start out with shitty bikes, then you get not shitty bikes, then cool bikes

  • I'm very disappointed with the dark side choices. They seem really pointless...Destroy a mural or leave it alone, stab a dying man or just let the him die on his own. What happened to the choices in KotOR II,where you could be manipulative?I seem to remember one quest where a lady wanted me to save her daughter, who was about to be sold into slavery.I got her to sell herself into slavery to be with her daughter, while collecting a finder's fee for myself and improving my relations with the Exchange.

  • @Necroskull388 well seeing this is just a small part of the game. we dont get to see what happens later in the story like people trying to kill you or someone helping you for doing it. they did mention long term effects for your choices. while in KOTOR it was more of less an immediate effect like you said above you got the woman to sell her self into salvery and got money and good with exchange. in this it may be 2-10 quest down the road for something to happen

  • @Necroskull388 They aren't going to show you the juicier quests. You'll have to play the game for that.

For instance, in one quest you hunt down a father who kidnapped his son to try and keep him out of the brutal Sith Academy. His mother hired you to bring the kid back, but she didn't tell you why the father kidnapped the boy. Now that you know why, you can let him and the kid escape, or murder the dad in front of the kid and take him back by force.

They save the best stuff for the game.

  • @DigitalOberon I'm happy to hear that,it's a very compelling moral choice. But if Bioware has a reputation for delivering moral choice systems in black and white, wouldn't it make more marketing sense to show that they're willing to put some sensible choices in the game? Also, while I'm not complaining that they're making the choices more ambiguous, assigning 'Dark' or 'Light' points to each choice means that you're still just going to choose whichever one gets you to your desired alignment.

  • @DigitalOberon I think the system can be improved by making the dark side less "Evil for the lulz" and more pragmatic, or just indulgent in one's emotions.Which, essentially,is what they're already doing, but sometimes they end up with way over the top choices that just don't make sense. And make light side choices as a test of how strongly you'll adhere to your beliefs, and whether you'll do what's truly right, even if it's not totally clear.

  • @DigitalOberon Ideally, Bioware would imply one choice is morally superior, but the other is more conducive to your goals in the plot, whether Imperial or Republic. The neutral option would be a compromise, obviously. If you choose the morally superior option, your superior will likely berate you for it,for putting your personal beliefs above the mission,or the other way around if you're talking to a Jedi.

  • @DigitalOberon Sorry for clogging your inbox, here's the last response. In the Imperial quests, the 'morally superior' choice would be the one more conducive to the Empire, and the pragmatic one is more conducive to you--same basis as the Republic one's,but grayer. It'd be nice to see these implemented, but I somehow doubt Bioware reads YouTube comments.I honestly don't know why I'd put all this on YouTube instead of the forums, but whatever,I'm sleepy.

  • "what's this...blaster bolts from behind?"... definitely does not sound surprised :P, and hopefully the make better speeder bikes to travel with, these kinda look a little lame

  • @ironman3112 maybe different styles of bikes for each planet i wouldnt expect to see that bike in a city planet so maybe they took that into effect also. lets hope they have better ones

  • @MrCharles9935 yeah hopefully, i think they made an announcement at comic con that there would be speeder bikes so i think I'd have to get my hand on one of those rather than one of these futuristic segways
