It DID NOT come with the shown SHRINE and girka.  I had that from a set I showed just prior to this one and used it as a prop. I FAILED to mention this in the video. Thanks for bringing this to my attention... Bill

Inside the box dangling from the robe are TWO snowshoes, One PICKAXE, one SHOTGUN and One ROPE PULLY SLIDER... BTW - I am going to be doing a IDEA from this set this week... Bill

I don't have the Aero Nomad from Lego Orient Expedition, but I've got the big Temple of Egypt which includes an older version of the Aero Nomad. This set and this presentation are very awsome.

HA HA!!! I got mine from AMAZON. They use to be sold by K'nex - KID K'NEX. You best bet is to build up another critter from KID K'NEX with current offerings. They haven't sold the UGLY DUCK for several years. Go to AMAZON and search for KID K'NEX and you will see a ton of critters. "Kid K'nex Lots of Pals- 115 pcs by K'NEX" would work... Good luck in finding what you want... BTW just GOOGLE for AMAZON... Bill

How many sets do you have? are they all built up? how much have you spent, show a video of all your sets if you have them built.

I build my models up and tear them down and box them back up. Some stay built up for a day. Others last 30 minutes max. I tear them down to build another model. I am constantly building models and JUST DON'T HAVE SPACE to show them all off. Check my YOUTUBE videos - I have over 736 POSTED videos! I don't really know what I spent on my models, though I do shop around for deals and get a lot of great BARGINS on the EBAY!!! Generally a few QUALITY models remain in my Inner Sanctum! Bill

Great! I really thought a long time about how to present it! Two balloon movies continued to be fixed in my mind - MYSTERIOUS ISLAND and KRAKATOA, EAST OF JAVA. Both movies had precarious balloon escape scenes with the balloon wildly careening back and forth in spasmodic fashioned. That is what I am TRYING to show in the intro - a balloon in the throws of erratic high mountain air currents!!! Be Well... Bill

Yay! Now Johny Thunder can go around the world with 80 brick! I saw this set at one of those country fair games, but someone got it before me. But If I had 2, I would use the second one for the parts. Also, I never knew those LEGO PIRATE nets (the one on the sides of the balloon) looked so good as wire to hold the balloon in place.
