@Aerokings He will never retire, Rihanna had the good taste to hire him as part of her band he tours with her a lot. I think writing for a new Extreme Cd is under way, but don't quote me on that.

@Eclectic1970: My understanding is they are currently recording, or if not yet, will be soon. Nuno wrote extensively for the new Extreme record while he was touring with Rihanna. I have heard from a very reliable source there will be a tour this summer. CANNOT WAIT! I can't afford Rihanna anymore. She broke me. :)

No one says you have to, but I agree with Eclectic...when you insult Gary, you insult Nuno. Nuno is an amazing musician and would not waste his talent on someone who has no talent. And they're been like brothers for a very long time. It's like insulting his family. Not cool.

Nuno's guitar playing is so percussive it's disgusting. his songwriting is outstanding and he is one of my personal favorite rock singers out there. He could shred 95% of popular guitarists. it shocks and disturbs me that he doesn't get the credit he deserves.

Maybe he has changed, and I sure hope he has. The only word I can use to describe the way he was that prevented him from the "credit he deserves", is he is "sensitive".

I saw him live after 3 sides was just released. It was nothing like this. For 2 hours he rocked the guitar... standing in 1 place, with his hair over his face. The bass player moved WAY more. If it wasn't for Gary's showmanship, we would have yawned through the whole concert.
