For those trying 2 snipe ive heard that when scoping the dots that are to the left and right of ure cross hairs are involved in shooting moving targets, like u match them up with the enemy depending on your range.

or lol developers just can't get it right lol just like cod 4- the m40 and g3 shot the same bullet but the g3 is a 2-3 hit kill while the m40 is a 1 hit kill :P

The reason the M95 isnt a 1 shot kill is because the game would be kind of cheap if it was always a 1 shot kill, and the M95 is a long range gun, it isnt ment for power.
