protip: when its snowy out and you wanna go drifting thats cool but don't do it on residential streets. you don't know how much ice is under that layer of snow and you can easily slide too far into something else. I learned this the hard way and now my front bumper is dented in
um. you can definitely drift in a front wheel drive. it's just a lot harder to sustain a front wheel drift. just because it's front wheel doesn't mean its powerslide. powerslide is when you lift the handbrake. and when you drift in a front wheel drive, the FRONT tires suffer not the REAR. I have to replace mine all the time. there is a minimal amount of stress on the rear. that includes the suspension, unless your tires are butterflied out b/c you have it lowered on cheap spings w/o a camber kit
i hope all of you guys realize that there is alot of different type of drifts, fwd is one of them. As long as your takin a corner and your sideways its drifting it. Doesnt matter how your doing it its called a drift. And for the guy thats saying that your going to ruin your rear suspension. Your a smart guy, this is definetly destroying his suspension in a really light car that has barely and weight in the back and on snow.
well, you can do drifting in a FWD. I just wouldn't suggest in because you'll really fuck up your rear tires cause there's no push. Basically, without RWD or AWD, your dragging your ass and ruining your rear suspension.
"To Drift" = Drifting refers to a driving technique and to a motorsport where the driver intentionally oversteers, causing loss of traction in the rear wheels through turns, while maintaining vehicle control and a high exit speed.
the funny thing is people are fuckin stupid he is not drifting he is sliding for one thing you cant drift in a front wheel drive car look up the meaning "drifting" and i would to see this little civic do it on dry roads the ral title should be civic siding
fuck i love E breaking I have lots of practice up in canada and the best ff car for the snow is 1991 accord ex-r 5spd good power and longer wheel base for control
unless you have a RWD car it's called powerslide !! XD
