I DO NOT KNOW WHOM ADDRESSED THIS QUESTION? WHY DO PEASANTS OF THE EARTH, NOT can grow marijuana, and take HARVEST STATES, thus improving their social position and billions INCOME IN STATE PENALTY.     Молодежь начинает с кружки пива, переходят на вино и шампанское, затем водка и наконец барматуха. Там тоже билет в один конец. Разница лишь в том, что выпив большое количество спиртного люди теряя контроль, совершают разные недопустимые поступки. Марихуана же наоборот. Успокаивает, и делает человека более стиснительным.

  • Люди, которые приспосабливаются к героину и другим наркотикам, просто не могут найти марихуану. А заинтересованные лица, специально контролируют рынок, чтобы наркоты было достаточно. Всегда интерес человека был к тому, что запрещено. Я уверен, что после легализации марихуаны, интерес к нему ослабнет. Сегодня даже в средних школах употребляют спиртное и наркотики, поэтому лучше легализовать марихуану и ввести сухой закон.
