@Oorah1229 In regular GTA IV, yes. But there are variants of the Maverick: the Helitours Maverick and the Police Maverick (I have a video on how to get the Police Maverick). In The Ballad of Gay Tony, however, there is also the Swift, Buzzard, and the very-hard-to-acquire Skylift.

@117starpower Yeah you can use cheats in single player in any version of Grand Theft Auto IV, but you can't use any cheats in multiplayer regardless of what console you are using. However, using cheats in single player will block certain  Achievements/Trophies. So if you are trying to get all of the Achievements/Trophies for GTA IV, don't use cheats.

you cant free roam throuought the whole city unless you complete missions. you cam free roam in myltiplayer, however.
