Tweak actually played at several MLG (Major League Gaming) tournaments and in his heyday was a semi professional. I've personally watched him play and played with him, he was this good. It's a shame he no longer plays.

I believe what you're mistaking for set up shots are when he gets spawn sticks. Any good player knows all the spawns and the re spawn times. So it's not that crazy that once someone dies he tried to anticipate the spawn and sometimes gets lucky with it.
