It won't damage the gears if they are shimmed properly.

i would get a systema magnum but it can take the pinion gear right off of any gun upgraded or not. if u put it in wrong. SO TO RELIEVE THE CHANCES OF THAT HAPPENING ON MY M130 JG Gearbox i got a matrix MAGNUM and it works ORGASMICLY!

i works good but not good enough for an M170 spring. So i use a Systema M150 in it. I also use a TSD 11.1V LiPo and G&G Hyper Torque gears.

ca has horrible internals but if you upgrade them its a very nice company although you could just get an echo1 gun and upgrade that for a 1/3 of the price and then buy a metal body for it

ca internals are fantastic... I have 3 CA guns; An m15a4, CA SLR105 and CA SCAR Light First Gen. They all work great except for the fact that the airsmith who fixed my SCAR's tapet plate (it broke in a day so i wasn't going to bother myself with gearbox removal) adjusted the motor heads height to the maximum and ended up ruining my pinion head and breaking 1 groove on the bevel gear.

get the magnum... youll have crazy rof already with the magnum, mayb wit standard xyt gears, and a 350 fps setup, youll have about 23 rps. but teh turbo motor would need a lowered fps setup to work.

TM eg1000. The magnum is great for torque, m130 springs (420~ fps) and up and the turbo is great for m120 and down.

I use the TM eg100 for my PDI 170% spring which is about 400 fps and there is no delay in trigger pull and the ROF is better then my CA motor with stock spring.

get a G&P m120 high speed you will get close to 24-25 rounds per second and G&P m120s last forever i have my ca mp5k shooting about 30 rps with systema highspeed gears and a G&P m120

Hear hear! Screw the Sytemas and Guarders, G&P M120s are the way to go for a high speed gun! Not the fastest motor out there, but some extra voltage will sort out the difference. And you won't see the motor failing after a silly time... and they cost peanuts. :P

Yeah, G&P m120s are amazing motors for below a m130, 25 rps on a m120 with a 9.6v, and 28 with a 10.8v. That will be my next motor for sure.

I put a Systema mech box and turbo motor in my Marui M4S-System. First one of the springs that holds the brushes in snapped somehow, then when I repaired it the motor burned out in around 2 minutes.

for that kind of money you expect good QC.

You're not right either, it is probably a TM either running on one of the drop in high speed Systema gearboxes ($300) or a custom high speed gearbox, but he is Definately not running it on 8.4 battery, more like 12 or 13.2 volt external batt

sorry to say but that is roughly the same rof of a stock CA m15 with a 10.8v, so for it to have a turbo motor and a worked gearbox thats pretty bad.but i know for a fact because i work on all of my and my friends guns. that is only a 110 spring and the turbo motor with an 8.4 because that is roughly 30rps and with a high speed gear set it should be close to 35-40 rps. so please know what your talking about or don't try to make it sound like you know what you are talking about.

This is a stock systema carbine... pricey but awsome performance... stcok they are like 450fps... but they cost like 1200bux. Look them up... they are specifically designed for law enforcement, weight feel and operate as the real steel version.
