  • I Miss Heather Langenkamp you bist the best You and Robert Englund-Freedy

  • Her carisma makes the movie

  • Loved her in "Nightmares...". Too bad she never made it really big in Hollywood. She is so cute! :-))

  • @GeRafi1 She made it big in Hollywood in her own way. The last Nightmare she did, which was Wes Craven's New Nightmare, there's a lot of elements in that script that were based off her life. She really was married to an effects guy and had a little boy. Her and her husband's fx company have done some pretty big things. Heather was in charge of effects on Evan Almighty.

  • @lilrockercutie2005 I meant her acting career. Her filmography beside "Nightmares..." is very modest. Didn't know about her other activities though. Nevertheless I wish she had acted more in 'nightmare days', as she's past her prime now (by twisted Hollywood standards). Anyway I would like to see the documentary "I am Nancy", which I only read about.

  • @GeRafi1 I knew about her film career being modest. Not long after Nightmare 3, she was on a series called "Just The Ten Of Us", along with 2 other girls from the "Nightmare" series. Because there were 3 girls from those movies, it was kind of a running joke on the show. Nightmare wasn't Heather's debut actually though. She had a couple bit parts in "The Outsiders" and "Rumble Fish", but Francis Ford Coppola cut her footage out of both movies.

  • @GeRafi1 The documentary about the Nightmare movies, which I'm sure you know about, has a lot of info on the movies along with just about all the actors being interviewed. Heather actually served as executive producer of that doc. Plus, the original DVDs of the Nightmare series have a lot of interesting cast and crew information. That documentary I Am Nancy is one I'd like to get my hands on too. Nancy is probably my favorite character in the Nightmare series next to Kristen in 3 and Alice in 4.

  • @lilrockercutie2005 Yes, Nancy was a great character. Smart, fragile yet tough, when necessary, and very very likeable. But still it was Freddy who became a cult superstar all over the world, what actually Heather refers to in her documentary. Was she too normal to become people's favourite? :)

  • "....warm milk.....gross...."

  • She was so beautiful in the nightmare's

  • Heather was at her peak in New Nightmare. She's beautiful.

  • Check out this hot looking 80's chick.

  • "Screw your pass!"

  • I love herr

  • @SLPIFan

I agree completely. Although, part 2 wasn't as bad as everyone says. Sure it had little Freddy, but it was still a good entry to the series. I mean, it brought something new to the series.

  • she's such a beautiful woman :D its her birthday 2d yah HBD heather!!!! xoox-- <3

  • She is really talented and really pretty. I would like to meet her in person.

  • Notice how the Heather Langenkamp Nightmare films were the only good ones.

  • @cstring420

The Original, DREAM WARRIORS, and NEW NIGHTMARE are definitely the best one

Though I'll admit I thought that DREAM MASTER was pretty good

  • @SLPIFan i bet u dont really enjoy those stories, u just love the fact that Heather was in them.

  • @DrDevilDD

She was defintely a factor as I thought she did a great job in them, but I also thought they were the most well written which to me makes sense as those were the ones that Wes Craven had at least a hand in writing as well. I do like the other films, as I said I do really like DREAM MASTER, but while I don't think the other films are as good I still enjoy them (Even the remake)

  • She was my first crush; wow, she's a cool person overall!

  • Heather is awesome. period.

  • She has a classic Hollywood actress look

  • when was this video made?

  • She is my idol, Nancy's character is such an important part of the series. I HATED the remake ! Why is nancy so emo in the remake??? But heather did the character so well, nancy isnt your typical damsel in distress. She was smart and actually fought to save her life. Nancy drove a great deal of strength which makes me love her even more!

  • @tyeelkins You're right. I wont even own that shit stain to humanity.

  • @tyeelkins I agree with you about the remake! They turned Nancy into a complete wuss! I mean, come on, look at the original! Nancy was setting up booby traps and actually going after him!

  • wht yr was this

  • I realy enjoyed the re-make its good i just dont know why people give bad reviews about it but in my opinion i thought it was awsome i like the old one also but this knew one is more modern and i realy loved it and i love both nancy's.I think its better than the knew one but u know everyone has differnt tastes.

  • She was so in Nightmare so why was that her only movie ?

  • I know nothing of the Re-make of NOES, and never want to no. It should never of been made. There is and only ever will be ONE FREDDY and NANCY!!

  • Heather is amazing! So smart and beautiful. No wonder Robert Englund married a lady named Nancy in real life! Nancy was the girl of his dreams!!

  • She is lovely...if she had platnium blonde hair, I think she would look just like Jayne Mansfield.

  • Whoever disliked this video obviously couldn't beat Freddy!

  • Heather =) I love her so much. fave actress always!

  • She is so likeble .

I loved Nancy Thompson on Nightmare's Elm Street

  • nancy didnt die, im saying this cos i dont rate the ones after part one, their all shit

  • Comment removed

  • she's hotter than hell in wes craven's new nightmare

  • She is soooooooooooo pretty.

  • O my god I love Nancy!! She is so sweet her death was the worst!! She should have been in all I them!!

  • she looks hotter now than she did back then

  • oh why did Nancey have to die??????

  • She has that rare angelic quality about her, so pure and clean. Innocent. Yet strong.

  • Ooooh she doesn't sound too happy about the 3rd film...it's my favourite!

  • She's so sweet i felt in love with her since i saw the 1st elm street film...so glad she's of the Cancer star sign like myself!!! :)

  • @J81988 in the first 1 i was scared of her, but nw i think shes hot

  • sólo le falta un falta unos anteojos mmm

  • she gets better looking as she gets older LOL

  • I love her.

  • sooo dang HOTTTTT!!!!

  • The most beautiful actress in the world, and for me in 1994 she looked even so much prettier than in 1984, anyway she is still so lovely

  • @javierrhcp

omg, she's not "the most beautiful actress in the world", don't be ridiculous.

  • @80smusicfanNO1 ridiculous??? of course for you, she is not, maybe you think it's jolie, megan fox or whoever and that's ok but it was just my opinion

  • @javierrhcp especially in wes craven's new nightmare--drop dead georgeous---

  • She's Hot !

  • One of the most underrated actresses around.

  • @Sinstar94 Agreed so much... And she is hot... Best actress inside the horror-genre

  • @Sinstar94 agreed

  • Heather Langenkamp will always be Nancy! Not even the reamke that is coming out, will not over top Heather and Robert England.

  • its not hard :) heather langenkamp is DA GIRL HELL YEAH!!! <3 --xoxo--

  • Guys, please help me! I'm Russian and I can't understand what she's saying between "Salvation Army" and "It was pathetic"! I'd really like to know! Something about socks? Can anybody write it down here? Thank you! Heather is great!

  • @2003Akas she's basically saying that they had so little money to make the movie that the actors had to wear used "socks" that came from the S.A.

  • @i8reality

No, she said the only clothes that were new were the socks.

  • What year is this interview from?

  • Heather, if you ever read this: I DID DRESS UP LIKE NANCY FOR HALLOWEEN ONE YEAR!!!

Probably because my name is Nancy, but you rock!

  • ..he will never leave you..mwahaha just kidding..maybe!..?

  • well, in that last comment, i'll say this, her and jonny depp were the best actors in nightmare on elm street

  • @Zooroonies I disagree I think Robert England owned them all.

  • @PresidentP robert englund was good, but the teenager actors i didnt like.

  • she was the best actor in nightmare on elm street. the other actors kinda sucked

  • Mmm part 3 and 4 both had decent leading actresses, part two was not so great.

It takes a great leading female victim for Freddy movies to do well. Which is why everything past 4 were very meh not to mention the bad scripts. Part 3 as far as hollywood goes was the tip of the iceberg for the franchise, 4 was just a follow up on 3 really. They both sort of embraced 80s pop culture which helped them alot.. especially 4 when alice armed herself with 80s flare lol.

  • Also All 3 of the most successful ones had HOT leading women...I especially had a thing for Alice.

  • @Faelsun hahaha

  • Great Actress

    \m/

  • I love her =)

  • i thought she was really banging johnny depp---call me crazy though---lol---

  • Heather is amazing x

  • Heather looks awesome!

  • I love her teeth! lol

  • i have this on dvd o_O
