You only have to complete all tutorials. You'll know this once you get the Creator Expert trophy, so there's no worry to know if you have forgotten something.

By the way, it is possible that you already have those items, but the objects menu is SO big so maybe you have not checked good enough.

How'd you get exactly 1000000?

It's the highest score that a unique player can reach in a single level.

So, if you (for example) play this level with another Sackboy, you'll reach 2,000,000 points.
