Just to toss it out there that isn't actually smoke. Those big white billowy plumes are actually clouds that were created by a mini weather system by the heat of the fire. Those things got up to 25k feet. They looked cool but knowing all the devastation below it was hard to look at them that way. Some awesome hiking and biking spots are now gone for quite a while. Not cool. Thanks for sharing this vid.
