When you scan a text based document with certain scan software into PDF format it automatically converts certain elements into layers. You can take any printed document, your own birth certificate for example, and scan it in under such conditions and in literally 20 seconds have the exact same "proof" of a forgery as listed here. It's default settings for many scanner software, especially on Mac machines.

They "borrowed" a birth certificate that they removed the information from other than the certificates' I.D. and the date. They then filled it in with the standard type and handwriting. Later, they altered the date and I.D, probably by physical means and then added the watermark, by what looks to be a digital overlay.
They forgot about two things... the black-and-white scans' tell-tale contrast, and the fact that Kenya in fact did not exist.
Let me include my one cent on this topic. First, I think its really fake if you understand Adobe and computer printing and copying. Secondly, I think conspiracy theorist are afraid from the retaliation from the ELITE. The most damning being the fact that it contains multiple elements as described here. A scan does not have this. This only occurs when you edit in pdf editing software. You don't have to take anyone's word. Download it yourself and analyze it.

You don't have to be born in the United States to be a U.S. citizen. If just one of your parents is a U.S. citizen then you are a citizen regardless of whether you were born in the United States. Keep in mind that many U.S. military members stationed in places such as Japan, Korea, etc., may have offspring born in those countries but they are still citizens just as much as someone born in one of the 50 states.

The easiest thing to see is that the copied portion of the birth certificate on the left side bends (as where the page bends) whereas the green backing page is straight. The black lines curve, the green pattern doesn't. It could simply be that the scanned document was superimposed on the green backing to give it a more "official" look. Unfortunately, once they started making it look more real, they provide even more reason for doubt. Providing an altered document was not smart.
Hey dumb ass, when a document is scanned it is converted to either JPEG, GIF or other popular extensions which converts it to a PHOTOGRAPH. You will have the chromatic blur around letters and numbers.

it clearly came out of a book. you can see the curve on the left side of the page. It may have been copied onto similiar type paper. If you want to hold the book in your hand, guess what, you can't. Its an official record.

There have been lots of demos showing that the BC on the whitehouse site was electronically edited and not scanned. You can download it yourself and verify everything being presented.
It's really simpler than this. One only needs to look at history.
- On the certificate, Obama's father was reportedly born in Kenya; however, the certificate is dated 1961, and "British East Africa Protectorate" did not become "Kenya" until 1963
- In 1961, people of color were called "Negroes". "African-American was not even heard at that time.
- The "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital" was not formed until 1978. Prior to that, they were separate entities.
1. What is now known as the East African republic of Kenya became a British Protectorate referred to as Kenya in 1895, obtained Colonial status in 1920, and gained full independence from Britain in 1963. In 1961, it WAS referred to as Kenya.
2. The race of the parents in 1961 was SELF-identified. American Blacks would have used "Negro", but actual African citizens commonly used "African".
I researced this. The birth certificate says "African" for the father. The hospital DID exist as named. The father, as a patriot, would probably named his country as Kenya, and a person who was recording it most likely would not have known the difference.
However, I still believe the BC is a fake. I digitized my partner's and my signature several years ago. The fading and watermark will appear as discribed on this video. It's a fake!

Scan your own birth certificate. Open it in Adobe Acrobat. Optimize the PDF. Open the optimized PDF it in Photoshop. OMFG. You aren't a US citizen!
Seriously, I'm not an expert. I've used Photoshop and Acrobat off and on for the past 6+ years, and even I know enough about Acrobat to know this sort of stuff happens when you optimize PDFs.

I'm not clear on how adding a layer would blur the background. I've been using Photoshop regularly since the 90s and I've *never* seen this effect. However, it can happen with image compression.

Superimposing text or an image on a background does not cause the background to blur. This is a serious error and shows a fundamental lack of understanding on the part of the film maker. Here's my take: no matter where Obama was born, that the White House deliberately put out a birth certificate so phony a HS student could dissect it, late in Obama's term = NO accident. Why? To make us believe that the US has had an unconstitutional president for almost four years, thus making the Constitution even more irrelevant...and easier to kick aside when they want to introduce a (global) replacement. The certificate autenticity is not important. It's the language. To be the President of the United States, you have to be a natural born citizen. Natural born citizen is defined as being born of parents who are BOTH citizens of the United States. Obama could have been born in the lap of the Lincoln Memorial but it doesnt change the fact that his father is Kenyan born. He is Constitutionally inelligible.

They "borrowed" a birth certificate that they removed the information from other than the certificates' I.D. and the date. They then filled it in with the standard type and handwriting. Later, they altered the date and I.D, probably by physical means and then added the watermark, by what looks to be a digital overlay.
They forgot about two things... the black-and-white scans' tell-tale contrast, and the fact that Kenya in fact did not exist.

The most damning being the fact that it contains multiple elements as described here. A scan does not have this. This only occurs when you edit in pdf editing software. You don't have to take anyone's word. Download it yourself and analyze it.

You don't have to be born in the United States to be a U.S. citizen. If just one of your parents is a U.S. citizen then you are a citizen regardless of whether you were born in the United States. Keep in mind that many U.S. military members stationed in places such as Japan, Korea, etc., may have offspring born in those countries but they are still citizens just as much as someone born in one of the 50 states.

I have known at least three people who have changed their identity. Obama's background shows all the tell tale signs that this guy is a fake. And it's not just his birth certificate that is fake. To many other inconsistent things keep popping up. Like, his real name is Barry Saetoro.

The easiest thing to see is that the copied portion of the birth certificate on the left side bends (as where the page bends) whereas the green backing page is straight. The black lines curve, the green pattern doesn't. It could simply be that the scanned document was superimposed on the green backing to give it a more "official" look. Unfortunately, once they started making it look more real, they provide even more reason for doubt. Providing an altered document was not smart.

It's really simpler than this. One only needs to look at history.
- On the certificate, Obama's father was reportedly born in Kenya; however, the certificate is dated 1961, and "British East Africa Protectorate" did not become "Kenya" until 1963
- In 1961, people of color were called "Negroes". "African-American was not even heard at that time.
- The "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital" was not formed until 1978. Prior to that, they were separate entities.

1. What is now known as the East African republic of Kenya became a British Protectorate referred to as Kenya in 1895, obtained Colonial status in 1920, and gained full independence from Britain in 1963. In 1961, it WAS referred to as Kenya.
2. The race of the parents in 1961 was SELF-identified. American Blacks would have used "Negro", but actual African citizens commonly used "African".
3. KM&GH was named such from 1931-1971.

I researced this. The birth certificate says "African" for the father. The hospital DID exist as named. The father, as a patriot, would probably named his country as Kenya, and a person who was recording it most likely would not have known the difference.
However, I still believe the BC is a fake. I digitized my partner's and my signature several years ago. The fading and watermark will appear as discribed on this video. It's a fake!

That's absurd logic. Of course the Navy Seal team got OBL, but it's perfectly normal to say "we" got him as in America got him. And Obama IS stopping the wars. But it would have been irresponsible for him to have just snapped his fingers and pulled the troops out without regard for the consequences. The wars were stupid to begin with, but once there the outcome became our responsibility.

Scan your own birth certificate. Open it in Adobe Acrobat. Optimize the PDF. Open the optimized PDF it in Photoshop. OMFG. You aren't a US citizen!
Seriously, I'm not an expert. I've used Photoshop and Acrobat off and on for the past 6+ years, and even I know enough about Acrobat to know this sort of stuff happens when you optimize PDFs.
What people think and conclude based on their own ignorance never ceases to amaze me.

I'm not clear on how adding a layer would blur the background. I've been using Photoshop regularly since the 90s and I've *never* seen this effect. However, it can happen with image compression.

@dirint I don't automatically believe what I see in YouTube videos, especially ones that contain obvious mistakes. Superimposing text or an image on a background does not cause the background to blur. This is a serious error and shows a fundamental lack of understanding on the part of the film maker. This makes this video an unreliable source of information.

It appears to have serious credibility problems. If you can debunk what this guy says than by all means please do. I am hoping someone can, because the alternative, that this guy is right is much much worse.,

Open it and see for yourself that it is spliced into editable areas. as if it was constructed and there is NO WAY that the certificate would be in layers unless edited. I have a BFA and work with the adobe suit everyday.
