  • Nice!  What does the "@9" thing mean?

  • @A550RGY It is just the difficulty. To sum up the training style I use in a sentance.... @7 is speed work, @8 means 2-4 reps left in the tank, @9 means 1 rep left in the tank and @10 is maxed.
