ya i have always liked those basses, and you play it very well. the tone is so smooth and crisp. thats how i like my bass to sound... not with all these distortion pedals now and whatnot. it just doesnt seem right to me.

Cheers - it's a 73 Jazz bass. DI though a Phil Jones Bass Buddy preamp, flat EQ.
