This had me bawling. I was happy to see Jo in Defending your life. At least she seemed at peace with her death and her and Dean got an ounce of closure but I would have liked to see them together in the end. And hey, Jo/Dean fans, it could STILL happen. awweee dean was really sweet in this one... i don't think he loved her the same way she loved him, but she was special to him. i guess that's why the kiss in this episode was so meaningful to me, if you know what i mean... love them! <3

@horrorlover122 Well in an interview the writers said they liked to kill people. And I'm pretty sure Lisa didn't die. Castiel erases her memory to forget Dean and all of them so demons and things wouldn't go after her and her son.

No, she's dead but she was brought back for Dean's trial by Osiris. Osiris' been killing people who he senses are guilty of something. Jo really looks dead in pics. And Dean's in chains and looks so sad. :/

Kripke is a dumb ass. He focused on the look between Jo and Dean...when it should have been more focused on Ellen and Jo. Dean too only wanted a piece of Jo's ass , because Dean really is becoming a Dick.
Yeah it's bad enough Kripke killed Ellen and Jo but then he twisted the knife in us just a bit more when the show had Jo die before her mother, and she died in her mother's arms. Ellen's reaction to that just kills me every time.

The death scene was so sad...I'm gonna miss Ellen the most. She was so tough and cool at the same time. Dean and Jo could never be, even tho she loved him, he saw her as a sister...and treated her that way. She got a better deal than Adam did anyway.

if anyone heard a loud crack js now, that was my heart breaking..i miss &lovee jo &ellen so much..i hope they try to bring them back at least once..even if it's js their spirits &only for one episode..like when sam &dean met up w/ ash in heaven..

Kripke is a dumb ass. He focused on the look between Jo and Dean...when it should have been more focused on Ellen and Jo. Dean too only wanted a piece of Jo's ass , because Dean really is becoming a Dick.

Yeah it's bad enough Kripke killed Ellen and Jo but then he twisted the knife in us just a bit more when the show had Jo die before her mother, and she died in her mother's arms. Ellen's reaction to that just kills me every time.

The death scene was so sad...I'm gonna miss Ellen the most. She was so tough and cool at the same time. Dean and Jo could never be, even tho she loved him, he saw her as a sister...and treated her that way. She got a better deal than Adam did anyway.

this made me cry too! coz im closest to my mum and it would be so sad for something like this to happen and it made me imagine the worst. but this was an AMAZING scene. im gonna miss these two

Oh my god. i cant believe they killed off Ellen and Jo. :(( Jo was my favorite girl on supernatural.. i wanted her to be with dean so bad! i doubt its gonna happen but i hope some how they bring her back.

i was crying for like an hour after this episode. i couldn't stop. i love the idea of jo and dean being a couple. they were in between siblings and lovers. it was just so sad when they kissed. i'd been waiting all week to see that and then they kill her. i'm sorta pissed at eric because he kills off all the girls. ava, bela, ruby, anna, and now ellen and jo.

Personally even if Jo didn't die I didn't see a romantic future for her and Dean.
Eric has spent all series pointing out that Dean thinks of Ellen and Jo like his family--that he respects and loves them, but that's it.
She was one of his dearest friends and the kiss between them was more sadness that she was dying, and he wished she wasn't--she got hurt saving him.
He meant a lot to her, but they were his family.
I am going to miss Ellen and Jo sooooo much!
