ifaith 1.4 saves only the shsh blobs firmware from the version you have just on your iDevice.

if you are on ios5 u can save ios5.0.0blobs not 5.0.1 if you want to save 5.0.1 shsh blobs, u need to upgrade to 5.0.1 first

I have iPhone 4 5.0 jailbroken using redsn0w_win_0.9.9b7. I order to dump the SHSH blobs you have to get in DFU mode. With tethered jailbreak, when getting in DFU, the phone goes into recovery mode. Any way around this?

I tried to build a IPSW with the blobs attached to my already custom Sn0wbreeze IPSW that removed the baseband. It wouldn't work as it said it was invalid. Any way we can have both blobs and baseband removal in an IPSW?
