I have not tested this controller but I tested the Cyborg fly 9 for Xbox 360 with BF3 and that one does work (tested only with jets, still have to try helis), I cant see why this one would not work...and this one is cheaper so I may en up buying it just to try. Now, the problem with this setup and playing in console is that only one controller can be used at a time so unless you are a jet or heli camper (ie spawn on them everytime) using this for infanfry is possible but extremely difficult...

I was a little bummer by the "dead zone" on the this stick. Fine-adjustments are next to impossible which makes hitting anything with machine guns VERY difficult.

i was wondering, should i get this flight stick or the F.L.Y 9 wireless flight stick for the ps3? Because this one looks more like a real flight stick but the F.L.Y 9 is more adjust able and can fit to your leg so you dont need a table

@ZELDAFAN152 Why not make sticks for it? It is a very well selling game, along with Ace Combat, which are arcade style sims. I'd much rather play either with a flightstick over a controller.

@sonicfan1996 The thrusters are mapped to the LB/RB shoulder buttons in Over G Fighters, not to the LT/RT triggers the Aviator uses, so you'll find that the Thruster controls on the Aviator won't work with the default controller settings of Over G.

Good product but it wont work with PC propely. You cannot set throttle and twist working same time. And secondary throttle quardant won't work at all.

I still think that the ace combat edge is way better partly because of the throttle being a separate piece, and also the yaw is a little hard, but they still are good.

Yes, I've bought this Saitek flight stick and after that, I was looking for the Ace Edge, not because the Saitek was bad or anything, but I just liked the two seperate pieces. I've bought the Ace Edge because I found it for $50, and it is a lot better quality but they are both pretty good flight sticks. The only problem with the Saitek is that the throttle is on the front of the base and there are buttons on the front, making you have to constantly switch stances, which is annoying.

I'm not sure what a deadzone is, I think it's when you push the flick stick and there isn't any reaction on the game until a certain point, is that what it means? If so I havn't noticed one but I can test it out for you and get back to you. I am getting Sturmovik right when it comes out too. This game is amazing. I hope they have a lot of Italian planes, that's what I'm into. I think the Reggiane RE. 2005 was the best in the war. What planes do you like?

The Sturmovik demo for 360 is pretty cool but practically impossible, even in arcade mode, with the joypad.

this flight stick looks cool but after playing hawx for a few months a wire inside the handle snapped. i reconnected the y button wire, then after a month the rudder control mechanism which is made of plastic (as everything else is made of in this controller) cracked and broke. if you are an intense flight game player skip this one.

actually, i find this madcatz/saitek flight controller quite responsive. it's just that it isn't as robust as it looks. i decided to get another one of these to replace the one that broke rather than buy a more expensive brand with a large dead zone around the center.

i can't believe my Kids could play the HWAX or any other flight game with the standard controller.

i Believe Madcatz/Saitek just upgraded their famous PC Aviator Sticks to both PS3 and Xbox 360.
