well its quite a mix becus they get tired from previous battles and ichigo got fully healed before the fight with grimmjaw. all the captains must have trained after their battles with ichigo, they cannot stay at the same level forever. Just that the anime doesnt show us when the captains are training becouse the main char is ichigo =)
The fight Ichigo vs Uluqiora will be awsenome!!! Lately I thought about Ichigo's Hollow - he could became a Vasto Lord, that would be so nice to see! :D
Thnx man, it all takes to fuckin long. I just don't understand one thing, Who can beat the remaining espada, if ichigo is stronger than the captains, While the remaining espada are stronger than ichigo. Will the vizards come to his aid.

i think in the fight with uluqiora that ichigos inner hollow might come out, after seeing how strong uluqiora is he'll come out and fight.

The thing is that somethimes Ichigo is stronger than the captains, sometimes he isn't.
Cos when you think of it, Ulquiorra beat the shit out of Ichigo but then Grimmjow was able to put that technique and then Ichigo beat Ichigo.
Or for the fact that Ichigo is supposed to be stronger than Kenpachi but then Ichi can't beat Noitora while Kenpachi can. So it's quite a mix.
But then we can think that Vaizard are stronger than the captains but who knows ???
