@SuperMaplestory111 Yes it does. You have to in fact to complete the Dwarven questline. Its the only way to get there if you dont have a flying mount (which a lowbie wouldn't have anyway)

Sure, but the gyro copter is not available unless you have done the prerequisite quests, whatever they are. Tried this method but my cat mount couldn't make the jumping part. Might have been nerfed.
