No Marin (Marissa) is not Seiya's sister, in the tv series he thought she was, but his sister was revealed I THINK but dont quote me in the Posiden Chapter. I can ask a friend of mine who has seen the whole series. (Ive only seen up to episode 60 that was relesded here in the US on DVD)

I've seen em' all, Seiya's sister is still a mystery to me, then again, so are the steel saints. Marin was related to Touma in some way.
