I'm pissed too because I have a disposaal that is leaking right out the bottom ! So yeah this video is very misleading ! I talked to a Plumber friend and he said if it leaks water right out the bottom. its junk ! The internal body parts crack he said it can't be fixed ! we're just gonna eliminate it !

So what do I do in case of leaks?? My disposal is leaking from the bottom, for example.

How about filling up the two sinks w/water first and let it drain. And then turn on the g/disopal. You can easily detect leaks because of the pressure building up inside the drain tubes and joints.
