Genocide is the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group. I'm not sure that is the goal of the Gas Companies, to chemically kill people. Otherwise, this is an enlightening look at a very bad situation in PA. I hope this never happens to NY.
I agree. I don’t think that “genocide” is applicable to the chemical collateral damage inflicted by Fracking. Although it may not be the goal of the industry to contaminate water and to poison the people, it is demonstrably, the end result. They lobbied to get this method of gas drilling to be as regulation free as possible. Known carcinogens in their Frack-fluid are intentionally mixed with fresh water – water that they know will never be brought back to a usable state.
Why aren't more people viewing this video? I believe it is one of the MOST IMPORTANT issues facing us in NY. If anyone doesn't think this is the most insidious, idiotic thing to happen for our beautiful state, then they must be crazy. It won't matter if jobs are created, when no one will want to stay near this activity. The people who can afford to leave will, leaving the ones who cannot afford to leave behind.

I am with you! Keep it out of NY! But then commit to keep fighting for clean, renewable energy and please don't use Texas gas.
