Some dogs from shelters are unstable. They can be puppies and still come with loads of health and temperament problems. You never knew their background. They COULD be from backyard breeders who couldn’t sell their puppies, from a puppy mill that got shut down or from an animal hoarder. It is always a risk no matter what the breed or age. Adopt or get from REPUTABLE breeders. If you want to adopt ask the workers(not just one ask around) LOTS of questions about the dog u want!

lets see, ASPCA rescues Dogs and Cats from abused homes and then ask you to rescue the Dogs and Cats from them before they kill them. Hmmmm, how ironic.
